KALIMANTANTE EAST The province of East Kalimantan has been designated as the site of the new capital of the Republic of Indonesia. As a place that is poised to become the new Capital, many preparations must be made. Likewise, a study should be carried out on potential progress and problems that may occur in order to obtain absolute preparations. Likewise, the preparation of the new capital of the Republic of Indonesia must be a regional, social, cultural, and economic concern. East Kalimantan is one of the largest provinces on the island of Borneo. East Kalimantan's development is supported by the mining and forestry industries. Furthermore, richness in the field of culture is also one of the strengths possessed by East Kalimantan. Kalimantan is mostly Dayak and immigrants from Java, Sundanese, Bugis, etc. This law will regulate the best governance of the national capital in terms of governmental dimensions and land use planning and environment.
