This research of this study is on observing the green industry contained in Law No. 3 of 2014 concerning Industry being applied in the construction of the Batang Industrial Area. First, focus on Elements of Green Industry Principles in Grand Batang City (KITB) Development on Environmental Security, Economic Security, and Human Security. Second, Addressing Inconsistencies in the Application of Green Industry Concepts in Grand Batang City (KITB) Development. Third, Policy and strategic measures can be implemented to ensure the compliance of Grand Batang City (KITB) with green industry standards. The research methodology involves policy evaluation using George C. Edward's Policy Implementation Theory and assessing three aspects of the Ministry of Industry. A qualitative research method is employed, along with a descriptive analysis framework, SWOT analysis, and a strategy ranking method using QSPM analysis. The results indicate the successful implementation of Grand Batang City (KITB) despite some technical shortcomings. Structured communication and partnerships between the company and the Ministry of Industry are key factors. Implementation outcomes encompass Economic Security, Human Security, and Environmental Security, demonstrating a commitment to sustainable development. Recommended strategies include integrating technological innovations to enhance efficiency and competitiveness. Suggestions involve improving implementation systems, developing local workforce skills, and strengthening environmental monitoring by the Ministry of Industry.
